House Manager/ Personal Assistant to VC General Partner

 

HOURS:

Onsite 3-4 days a week

 

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile household. Acting as the mini-COO of the residence, you will ensure seamless coordination of household staff, personal schedules, and logistics for a General Partner at a top VC firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Oversee all personal and family calendars, including appointments, travel, and events.
  • Errands & Logistics: Handle personal errands, reservations, and travel arrangements.
  • Household Operations: Ensure the home runs smoothly, managing vendors, repairs, inventory, and household budgets. Current staff: Chef, Nannies, House cleaners, driver.
