RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage recruiting strategy and processes, which includes sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and hiring
- Manage and execute the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, as well as termination procedures, which includes the implementation and maintenance of HRIS tracking/databases
- Process payroll for four different entities; prepared and oversaw preparation of payroll-related reporting, deductions, and remittances for employees and independent contractors
- Implement and administer employee health benefit programs and 401(k) plans
- Work at the direction of the COO, CFO and General Counsel to execute company strategies and organizational developments
- Utilize software including Zenefits, Microsoft Office Suite, ADP and Voya to furnish executives with accurate financial data
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, personnel records, and personal matters
- Maintain a positive work environment and company culture by planning activities in and out of the office
