ABOUT:
This client is seeking a full-time assistant to work directly for a husband-and-wife team, both of whom are executives leading multiple ventures (an investment firm, a fintech company, and family office). The assistant’s overall objective is to leverage their time across all aspects of their lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling, including across multiple time zones.
- Running logistics for events.
- Maintaining and leveraging CRM.
- Project management (including the acquisition and, if applicable, renovation of property).
- Running errands.
