KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Partner and broader studio team, such as maintaining an active calendar of meetings, appointments, and travel bookings
  • Coordinate and plan the logistics of studio & venture team meetings, external investor meetings, and off-sites
  • Coordinate with external parties to finalize contracts such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • Assist the studio in both recruiting and running various research projects (e.g., consumer research studies)
  • Compose, prepare, and hold in confidentiality various internal and external studio correspondence
  • Aid in the organization of the studio’s digital file repositories through Google Drive and other tools
  • Manage the studio’s office operations, team experience, and supplies
  • Be constantly exposed to new industries and business ideas and have a mindset that enables you to enjoy constant learning and be good at learning quickly
  • Manage highly-detailed administrative and operational tasks
  • Create an engaging and welcoming office experience where employees enjoy coming to work
  • Be a founding member on a small team, and do what it takes to launch a successful venture studio
  • Roll up your sleeves to get things done, and adept at juggling multiple priorities

 

TOP KEYS FOR CLIENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to 1 or more C-level executives and 1+ years of facilities/office management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Google Suite and Slack (or similar applications and willingness to learn)
  • Ability to both collaborate and work independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of detail-oriented activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a small team to drive maximum results
  • Hyper-organized, able to prioritize, and balance proactive & reactive work
