Through a dedicated, end-to-end search process, we partner closely with clients to define the role, conduct a comprehensive market search, and deliver a curated slate of top-tier candidates, along with hands-on guidance through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support to ensure a successful placement.

Exclusive Contingent Partnership


This model offers clients flexibility while maintaining a focused, high-quality search process. Under this structure, Groupe Insearch is engaged as the sole recruiting partner for the role, allowing us to commit dedicated resources, proactively source and vet candidates, and move efficiently—while fees are only paid upon a successful placement.

1. Exploratory Conversation


Every partnership begins with a prospect call to understand your business, leadership style, priorities, and the true needs behind the hire. This ensures alignment before moving forward.

2. Search Kickoff


Once engaged, we conduct a formal kickoff call to define role scope, success metrics, compensation, and ideal candidate profile. From there, we build a custom search strategy tailored specifically to your organization.

3. Candidate Vetting & Evaluation


We never send resumes or candidates we haven’t thoroughly vetted.
Every candidate we present has been personally interviewed, referenced, and thoughtfully assessed for both skill set and cultural alignment.

4. Curated Candidate Panel


You’ll receive a highly curated panel focused on quality over quantity, candidates selected for long-term fit, not volume.
Each profile is accompanied by context, insights, and our professional recommendation.

5. Interview, Offer & Onboarding Support


We manage interviews, feedback, and offer support, and remain closely involved through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.

Candidate Process

1. Introductory Conversation


We start with an initial conversation to begin our vetting process and represent you confidently.

2. Opportunity Alignment


We share active and upcoming roles aligned with your background, preferences, and goals. You review each opportunity before any submission.

3. Submission & First Interview


Once aligned, we submit your profile and coordinate first-round interviews.
At this stage, we’ll request two references (not contacted until later).

4. Interview Preparation


Before each interview, we provide tailored prep, company context, key themes, and talking points so you feel confident and prepared.

5. Post-Interview Debrief


We connect after every interview to gather feedback, manage next steps, and keep you informed throughout the process.
