$70-80K base + annual bonus

HOURS

8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday,

2nd: Case study (remote, one hour to complete 6 prompts)

OVERVIEW

Seeking an energetic, friendly, and reliable receptionist with experience providing some administrative support and white glove customer service to guests and internal staff. Maintains the office(s), schedules conference rooms, answers phone lines, and provides assistance with questions and issues. This position reports to the Director of Administration in Palo Alto and is part of the Venture Administrative Team – Receptionists, Coordinators, Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved with daily office operations
  • Reception Desk coverage by answering and directing phone calls, and providing general support to visitors.
  • Helping to sort and deliver mail and packages between two buildings
  • Calendar management with organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Interface with our family office, MD’s key contacts, and outside vendors
  • Assist with special projects or events for Venture or Finance
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports and some bookkeeping using Concur tool
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential information and legal documents

  • Minimum 2 years of office environment experience (preferably corporate) 2 years college minimum
