KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, including meetings and travel arrangements
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
- Manage the execution of special projects and other administrative tasks
- Manage the current office space with the potential of planning a new office space, ensuring a seamless transition, setup, and move
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, acting as the point of contact for guests
- Research and book travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including monitoring travel arrangements should any changes arise.
- Provide support to the Investor Relations team, assisting with their initiatives and projects
- Process expense reports timely using Concur and handle billing and invoicing processes
- Arrange and coordinate lunch orders from local restaurants
- Maintain office inventory, ensuring an organized storage system, and place orders as needed
- Work with IT, building management, and other service providers, acting as the point of contact
- Collaborate with the greater administrative team based in San Francisco to support firm-wide and team initiatives, ensuring cohesion in all aspects of the team’s functions
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing mail.

- College degree required, or two years experience with measurable success
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, meeting multiple deadlines with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Concur Expenses
