Position: Executive Personal Assistant

Location: South bay based, Hybrid 2-3 days in office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings
  • Client management and invoicing
  • Manage medical and healthcare appointments for client + family
  • Synthesize and organize all emails
  • Maintain and update the family calendar
  • Oversee home management, including some potential construction projects
  • Plan and execute events
  • Take on projects and assist with office tasks as needed

 

TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other task apps
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and adaptable act as a liaison both internally and externally, maintaining a sense of professionalism at all times
  • Curious and ability to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness
  • Willingness to be challenged
