Personal Assistant Family Office Miami: a confidential search for a direct, operational, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the Principal of a Miami-based family office. This is the Principal’s first point of contact and closest operational partner, working alongside internal staff and external support personnel to keep both business and personal life running smoothly. The role offers close proximity to a high-net-worth principal and family, with regular exposure to prominent figures across finance, venture capital, technology, and government.

Personal Assistant key responsibilities
Scheduling and time management
- Manage the Principal’s calendar and schedule, confirming meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Remind the Principal of important tasks and deadlines and assist with daily time management
Travel and reservations
- Liaise with the internal Travel Coordinator and book travel, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Principal and family while traveling
- Maintain a travel database of preferences and research new options
- Make and adjust reservations on behalf of the Principal
Communications
- Act as the Principal’s first point of contact across email and phone
- Handle correspondence while prioritizing important or sensitive matters
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Family and household support
- Work closely with internal staff and external support personnel to keep day-to-day operations running for the Principal and family
- Research, compile, and present family-friendly activity options based on location
- Make purchases on behalf of the Principal, including gifts, and assist with expenses
Operations and events
- Maintain multiple data repositories including OneNote, Asana, and contacts
- Organize meetings and prepare materials
- Assist with event logistics and planning
