Be the first dedicated Household Personal Assistant in San Francisco for two successful founders, owning everything between their professional support and their housekeeping team. You will build their personal and household operation from the ground up, with real autonomy from day one and a clear path toward a future family office team.
Role at a glance
- This is a full-time, in-person Household & Personal Assistant role in San Francisco, CA, about 40 hours a week, working on the ground around the principals’ homes rather than at a desk.
- The Household & Personal Assistant reports directly to two founder principals and splits support roughly equally between them.
- The Household & Personal Assistant manages household vendors, groceries, errands, vehicles and travel logistics, and plans and runs frequent dinner parties and private events.
- Candidates need experience as a household, family or personal assistant to a UHNW individual, family or founder, or comparable experience in luxury hospitality, private service, events, high-end concierge or an EA role with significant personal support.
- The Household & Personal Assistant travels with the principals to Los Angeles or New York roughly every 2 to 3 months.
- Candidates must be based in San Francisco, and access to a car is strongly preferred.

Household & Personal Assistant key responsibilities
Household operations and vendors
- Oversee day-to-day household and personal logistics for both principals as their primary point person.
- Manage household vendors and service providers, including the existing cleaning team.
- Coordinate, and potentially manage, private chef services.
- Keep groceries and household essentials stocked across both residences.
- Meet vendors and service providers on site when the principals are unavailable.
Entertaining and private events
- Plan and run dinner parties and private events from start to finish.
- Source and arrange delivery of food and groceries, and coordinate with chefs, caterers and vendors.
- Set and prepare the table, handle setup, and clear and tidy afterward.
Personal logistics and errands
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, detailing and service appointments.
- Handle errands, pickups, deliveries and miscellaneous personal tasks.
- Support personal travel planning and logistics, and occasionally travel with the principals to Los Angeles or New York (roughly every 2 to 3 months).
Proactive support and growth
- Anticipate needs and look for ways to make the principals’ lives easier before being asked.
- Balance two principals’ priorities with good judgment and clear communication.
- Help shape systems, routines and vendor relationships that can scale, and potentially manage additional staff as the function grows.
