Household chief of staff key responsibilities
Household operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the primary residence and broader household ecosystem
- Serve as the central coordination point for household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Build and implement systems, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction
- Oversee administrative aspects of household operations including memberships, scheduling, deliveries, and records

Multi-property and travel coordination

- Coordinate hospitality and guest logistics, ensuring homes are prepared for family and visitors
- Ensure consistent follow-through across all moving parts while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented presence
Renovation and project management
- Manage household projects including renovations, maintenance, and home improvements
- Monitor timelines, vendor progress, site activity, and approvals and payments
Principal partnership and strategic support
- Partner closely with principals to anticipate needs and reduce decision fatigue
- Operate as a true right hand within the private household environment with significant ownership across operations, projects, and long-term planning
