KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all family properties and office spaces (5 residences + 2 offices)
• Audit and manage performance of all property management vendors
• Establish and enforce standards of maintenance, readiness, and presentation
• Conduct pre- and post-travel walkthroughs for family and guests
• Manage maintenance logs, budgets, and timelines via ProjectVan software
• Travel periodically for property inspections and vendor audits
• Supervise House Managers
• Identify and replace underperforming vendors across all regions
• Ensure smooth communication and operational alignment with principals
