We have partnered with an UHNW Executive seeking a highly experienced Senior House Manager who will oversee their real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will have previous management experience with high-end residences and staff. This individual will have 360° oversight for the overall care and maintenance of the properties, development of household systems, procedures and protocols, developing and managing staff, ensuring consistent service levels for all residences, and managing capital projects and household budgets.  This individual will also work closely with external partners involving corporate support functions, architects, designers, security, contractors, AV/IT integrators and numerous other service vendors. This is a phenomenal opportunity to work for an inspirational CEO/Founder and their family. When residents are home, the house manager will be on call 24/7. When the residents are away on travel, it is the responsibility of the Senior House Manager to maintain the home. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and poised. They will need to be comfortable with getting their hands dirty behind the scenes when dealing with issues of house maintenance, but they must also present themselves in a professional and eloquent manner when interacting with house guests. A can-do attitude is a must!

·         Hiring, training, and ongoing management of staff (chefs and housekeepers) required to meet the service standard

·         Vetting payroll and expenses relating to the house

·         Greeting and hosting all house guests for principal during meetings at the house

·         Coordinating with other team members regarding house schedule/guests/events

·         Informing/communicating with Event Planner for large-scale events at the house

·         Actively checking principal’s calendar/schedule and sharing time-sensitive information with principal’s team

·         Maintaining household security (e.g. alarm systems, newspapers, mail)

·         Facilitating scheduling and travel coordination

·         Leading regular meetings to go over progress, improvement, and strategy

·         Being the first point of contact to handle all requests, needs and concerns
