We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support our organization’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, collecting, tracking, analyzing, and summarizing financial and performance data related to our investments, as well as creating clear and concise decks and reports. You will also have scheduling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of professional experience, strong Excel, PowerPoint and graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva etc..) to utilize in the creation of internal reports and decks.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Data Research, Collection, Tracking & Analysis

  • Gather financial statements, cap tables, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant data from grantees and investments
  • Track grants and investments to create real-time reporting
  • Assist in analysis to uncover trends and insights from collected information to identify trends

 

Report & Presentation Creation

  • Summarize data into visual presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive decks and reports using Excel, PowerPoint and graphic design programs

 

Portfolio Coordination

  • Monitor and ensure timely data submission and follow-up with grantees and investments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and refine data collection processes that aligns with teams’ and key stakeholders needs

 

Scheduling

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for team members including handling general logistical arrangements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-6 years of professional experience
  • Impeccable discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive with a small team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in financial and performance data, preferred but not required
  • Ability to work on simultaneous projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design, data visualization) and graphic design (Adobe, Canva etc…)
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and visually appealing reports and presentations
