KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, prioritize, schedule and coordinate calendars and internal and external meetings
  • Arrange domestic and some international travel
  • Process and track invoices and receipts, submit expense reports Ad-hoc special projects as needed
  • Create and maintain an inviting, clean, safe and engaging work environment, ensuring high levels of organization to ensure effective operations of the day to day in the office
  • Answer phone calls, meet, greet and manage onsite guests ensuring that they have a welcoming experience
  • Serve as the point of contact to manage various office vendors (eg. maintenance, IT, building management, receiving of deliveries, packages and mail, etc.)
  • Manage inventory, ensure that the office is fully stocked with food, beverages and all office supplies and equipment
  • Plan, organize and manage SF team specific events and culture initiatives, including lunches, celebrations and happy hours
