KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the day to day operations of the households, including guest services. Deep cross-functional partnership with personal assistants and property managers to ensure seamless family and guest experience at home.
Management:
- Manage the hiring, development and performance of department staff.
- Fiscal responsibility for the department.
- Time and attendance, and staff schedules
Events:
- Hands on planning and execution of special events on property.
Guests:
- Primary point of contact for guests at home and on travel.
- Responsible for all guest relations, including reception and care of guests while on property.
- Curate engaging and unique guest experiences.
Home Hospitality:
- Manage housekeeping services across all properties.
- Project management on small, in home projects.
- Ensure calm, organized and consistent experience in the home, ac
