Executive Assistant

HOURS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General administrative duties including heavy calendaring and phones, confidential and sensitive document preparation, and expense reimbursement management
  • Schedule and coordinate heavy domestic and international travel
  • Meeting planning, preparation, oversight, and logistics execution
  • Develop strong understanding of team goals and align work to support those goals in collaboration with colleagues
  • Balance multiple priorities, adjust as needed, and achieve desired outcomes
  • Foresee, research, and address potential issues, and new needs as they arise
  • Listen to the needs of others, respond, and adapt, and build relationships of trust across diverse teams

 

TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience required (financial background preferred)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP Concur
  • Clear, concise, accurate, communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalism
  • Flexible to troubleshoot and handle matters after business hours as necessary
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to set and achieve priorities while working with multiple team members,several moving pieces at a time, and frequent status changes
