KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive calendar management i.e., strategically arranging internal/external video and in-person meetings
    • Meetings typically involve internal and external participants, including Partners, across multiple time zones
  • Prompt response to emails and requests including EA team across multiple time zones to make complicated internal scheduling as efficient as possible
  • Represent the company and the Partner in all communications with a professional, positive, and kind manner
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries and reservations (hotel, airline, car service) local, domestic, and abroad
    • Able to book and strategically plan a global trip independently/direct with vendors or coordinate with travel agency; Be savvy with regards to efficiency and cost; Reconcile expenses
    • Monitor hotel, airline, and car services reservations while the Partner is traveling
  • Implement systems/strategizes to maximize time and efficiency for the Partner
  • In absence of the office coordinator, provide general office support
  • Ad hoc project requests such as partnering with the Tech Team to organize portfolio roundtables and other events
TOP KEYS FOR THE CLIENT
  • Preference to have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
  • Related experience, transferable skills and/or training will be valued in lieu of a degree
  • Extensive global support experience required
  • At least 5 years of EA experience
  • Basic proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
