DETAILS: The Director of Talent is an essential member of the Company’s management team. As the head of Human Resources, the Director ensures that the Company has the talent necessary to achieve its growth, quality, and impact objectives. The Director will lead the Company’s efforts to grow its staff over the next two years, holding overall responsibility for HR strategy, policy, operations, and compliance with applicable laws.
