  • Calendar management
  • Work with the COO to implement a CRM system, data entry.
  • Be a bridge/liaison among the operations (Ops, Finance, HR, IR) and the legal team to keep all parties in the loop on certain projects.
  • Assist Director of Talent with administrative recruiting processes: scheduling calls and meetings, printing resumes, etc.
  • Assist finance team as needed. (no accounting experience required)
  • Proofread documents.
  • Documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate to external and internal parties.
  • Prep for meetings including drafting agendas and follow up with notes or formal minute preparation with precision and ease, including PowerPoint decks.
  • Lead and manage special projects.
  • Adhere to all related regulatory and privacy requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information and discretion in all matters.
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as requred or assigned.
  • Assist Office Experience Manager and Executive Assistant to CEO with special projects on behalf of the COO or CEO as they arise.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the enjoyment and efficiency of the office experience.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Background in venture capital, private equity, or financial services preferred.
  • Self-starter and highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to address multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely tech savvy – able to learn new technology quickly and help suggest/implement newer technologies to improve efficiencies for COO and team.
  • Superior working knowledge of the G-suite and Microsoft Office suite of products with an advanced understanding of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Gmail. Asana is beneficial.
  • Superb time management skills
  • Ability to discern between information to determine underlying issues, urgency of requests and impact of information provided.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
