Personal Assistant to Partner
Venture Capita Firm
We are hiring an experienced personal assistant to support a VC investor in Cole Valley, San Francisco, CA. This is a high-trust, high-agency role for a true operator who runs things proactively and brings solutions before problems are asked. The best version of this person does not wait to be told what to do — they notice what is falling through the cracks, build a system for it, and brief the principals on what needs their attention versus what has already been handled. If you bring 4 or more years of PA experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, no-task-too-small mindset, we want to hear from you.
Why this role stands out
Wonderful, collaborative principals who value trust and long-term partnership
Comprehensive health benefits including medical and dental, plus paid holidays
No travel required with principals — free to work remotely when they are on the road
High-agency role with real ownership — build systems, not just follow instructions
Based in Cole Valley, one of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhoods
Hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days per week with flexibility as needed
