Calendar and scheduling

  • Manage the New York investment team’s calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and calls
  • Be present in the New York office during business hours five days per week to host and direct visitors

Travel and expense management

  • Handle all business travel arrangements including flights, restaurants, hotels, and transportation
  • Manage complex expense reports, receipt collection, and invoices

Administrative and CRM support

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, answering phones, and updating the CRM and contact databases
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Assist with other projects as needed, including event planning and organization
  • Perform occasional personal tasks and errands for the team

Office and facilities management

  • Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
  • Liaise with property management on work orders, onsite vendors, and other suite and building related items
