KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as primary gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO, managing complex and high-volume calendars with precision
• Prioritize and optimize scheduling to align with key business objectives and executive priorities
• Prepare the CEO for meetings by developing agendas, clarifying goals, and assembling briefing materials
• Create and refine presentations, reports, and analysis using PowerPoint and Excel
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel including logistics, itineraries, accommodations, and family travel as needed
• Manage and track expense reports ensuring timely and accurate submission
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with company priorities
• Liaise with Board of Directors and Investment Advisory Board members
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Provide occasional personal support to the CEO and family including household coordination and travel logistics
TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT
• 8–10 years of experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive, ideally within investment management or finance
• Bachelor’s degree required; business or finance background preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments
