Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant

 

HOURS:

Monday-Friday onsite

 

ABOUT:

This client is seeking a full-time assistant to work directly for a husband-and-wife team, both of whom are executives leading multiple ventures (an investment firm, a fintech company, and family office). The assistant’s overall objective is to leverage their time across all aspects of their lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling, including across multiple time zones.
  • Running logistics for events.
  • Maintaining and leveraging CRM.
  • Project management (including the acquisition and, if applicable, renovation of property).
  • Running errands.
