KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin Support
• Provide direct support to the General Counsel on corporate governance and litigation-related matters
• Manage corporate governance processes, including annual filings and entity maintenance
• Assist with entity formation, compliance tracking, and record keeping
• Create, maintain, and organize legal files and documentation systems
• Develop and standardize templates, policies, and internal documentation
• Support cross-functional legal and operational projects
• Partner with HR and finance on compliance-related initiatives

Office Management
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, distribution, and filing
• Coordinate daily team lunches, meals, and basic office logistics
• Maintain office supplies and overall organization of the workspace
• Provide ad hoc scheduling and administrative support as needed
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations within the Austin office

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in office management, legal administration, or corporate support
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or similarly rigorous environment preferred
