KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Social
• Own day-to-day execution of the company’s social presence, with a focus on YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Create and repurpose short-form content (clips, quotes, visuals) from talks, events, blog posts, and conversations
• Bring strong intuition for what performs on social and online channels
• Manage YouTube content end-to-end, including clip creation, publishing, and basic optimization
• Partner with the team to turn long-form ideas (blogs, predictions, talks) into high-performing social formats
• Experiment with formats, cadence, and distribution to drive reach and engagement
Events
• Support and execute the company’s events program from concept through delivery
• Support speaker preparation (agenda shaping, question development, run of show)
• Manage event run-of-show and day-of execution
• Ensure events are thoughtful, polished, and well-executed
TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth, or content
• Startup experience preferred
• Jack-of-all-trades marketer who can flex across content, growth, and events
• Comfortable operating without a large support team
• Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to do the work
• Strong taste and attention to detail, especially around brand and execution
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure in live-event environments
