KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise all aspects of home operations
• Manage all household administrative work
• Oversee daily housekeeping duties to ensure the home remains clean, organized, and well maintained
• Assist with personal tasks such as wardrobe management, packing and unpacking, dry cleaning, errands, and personal shopping
• Support meal service and kitchen organization, working alongside chefs or preparing meals as needed
• Manage household inventory, restock supplies, and liaise with vendors for purchases or repairs
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring comfort and high-level hospitality
• Coordinate household maintenance and service providers with the Facilities team
• Support event planning, setup, and hosting for household gatherings
• Vet, schedule, coordinate, and manage vendors onsite
• Travel to other family properties as needed
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the household and principals
• Ensure safety and security of the property and family through systems, monitoring, and gatekeeping

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds

• Reliable vehicle or dependable transportation
