KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
• Serve as the primary Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO in Ft Lauderdale, managing complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling
• Provide high-level C-suite executive support with discretion and professionalism
• Act as gatekeeper and strategic partner — ensuring the CEO is prepared, informed, and focused
• Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and manage urgent requests calmly and efficiently
• Prepare briefing documents, summaries, and executive-ready communications
Office Operations & Administration
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as the point person for the Fort Lauderdale office
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, building management, and office logistics
• Manage office systems, supplies, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and administrative workflows
• Implement structure, SOPs, trackers, and scalable operational processes
• Serve as the connective liaison between the CEO, internal team members, and external partners
Project & Event Support
• Support and execute special projects on behalf of the CEO from planning through completion
• Assist with internal meetings, leadership offsites, and company events
• Track timelines, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Ensure follow-through and accountability across executive initiatives
People & Coordination
• Support hiring coordination and interview scheduling for Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or operational roles
• Liaise with internal staff and external partners to ensure alignment and communication
• Act as a trusted operational presence within the office
TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or Office Manager
• Strong background providing C-level executive support in fast-paced environments
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
