KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage facilities vendors including maintenance, cleaning, security, and office services
• Own and track the annual office budget with accurate reporting and cost control
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and landlord relationships, escalating risks as needed
• Maintain structured maintenance programs across office systems and equipment
• Oversee office supplies and procurement with cost efficiency and approval processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and workplace policies
• Support onboarding logistics in partnership with HR
• Coordinate with IT on equipment, mobile devices, and office technology needs
