  • Experience working as a business partner to senior, high-level executives
  • Critical thinker with ability to make decisions quickly and independently; excellent judgment
  • Act as a solutions-provider; think “outside the box”
  • Communicate openly and effectively with team; facilitate multi-directional information flow; consistently look for ways to improve communication and efficiency of the Partner and team
  • Sense of urgency; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexible attitude when responding to changes
  • Self-motivated; proactively identify areas for improvement to better streamline team workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presents ideas clearly and concisely

  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks and projects according to what is most time- sensitive with minimal supervision
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Partner and the other executives
  • Monitor heavy and fluctuating calendar, high volume of calls, e-mails, and flow of communication
  • Plan and coordinate special projects for the Partner and the other executive as requested
  • Maintain accountability and accept responsibility for daily activities reporting to the Partner on status of all activities, requests, and open items
  • Conduct research and advanced planning
  • Prepare daily call logs for Partner



  • Five plus years’ experience supporting high profile executive; college degree preferred
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to quickly and accurately produce/edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Financial industry knowledge highly desirable
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform general office duties including opening mail, photocopying, faxing, and mailing materials via various delivery services
  • Excellent diplomatic skills; skilled at developing and maintaining personal, social, and business relationships representing the company in a professional manner
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills; able to anticipate change, adjust responses accordingly, and initiate steps to maximize resources toward a common objective
  • Superior time management skills; critical thinker with strong attention to detail
