We have been exclusively engaged by a future-thinking consulting firm in Palo Alto to find a Executive Assistant/Sales Coordinator to be the right-hand to a Director. As a team member, you are passionate and eager to help solve the world’s problems! Being the EA/Sales Coordinator to the Director, you would be a strategic partner and assist with day to day operations, be in on all calls/meetings and take initiative on action items. You are able to handle a complex calendar, various administrative duties and have a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Attend all meetings, calls and affairs related to the organization
  • Take notes at all internal and external meetings
  • Assist in the email follow up with internal/external contacts and scheduling follow up meetings and calls
  • Perform data entry duties
  • General administrative tasks, project work, and other duties as assigned
  • Act as an ambassador in a professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient manner to all internal and external groups
