HOURS:
Monday – Friday from approximately 7am – 3:30pm PT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Provide a high level of service to clients by anticipating needs and completing requests efficiently
- Research complex problems in clients’ accounts with assistance from business partners and deliver an effective and acceptable resolution.
- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicate with clients about items needed.
- Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires and ACH’s in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with The Code of Conduct.
- Process investment advisory agreements and monitor account surveillance on the AdvisoryLink platform.
- Identify business development opportunities with the goal of increasing revenue, enhancing client relationships and streamlining day-to-day processes.
- At the FA’s request, research and communicate investment strategies and recommendations to clients.
TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT:
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) on day one of employment
- 10+ years of Client Associate experience
- Tech oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Professional and prompt in communication and follow-up
- Value alignment related to sustainable investing
- 3+ years of Registered Client Associate experience or related industry experience
- Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills
- Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make advisors more efficient and effective
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
