POSITION 

Executive Assistant to Co-Founders 

As Executive Assistant to the co-founders, you will play a critical role in helping them be more productive and successful. You will ensure a smooth cadence of virtual and in-person meetings, enhance communication across the leadership team and the team run better. This role will report directly into the CEO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand the CEO’s and CTO’s goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary 
  • Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of the co-founders to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events 
  • Seamlessly manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities for the CEO and CTO 
  • Demonstrate strong calendar management (in multi-time zones) for travel and scheduling of meetings 
  • Build rapport with the leadership team and key cross-functional stakeholders to serve as a catalyst around scheduling and/or spontaneous inquiries and requests
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of Executive Team retreats, board meetings, and other leadership-level activities 

 

TOP KEYS FOR THIS POSITION 

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting an executive (preferably C-Suite) for a leader, preferably at fast-paced technology company 
  • Skill at mastering technologies, including Loom, Zoom, Slack, Notion and Google Docs 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with the highest level of leadership and build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects
  • Based in the United States or Canada in EST time zone
