Our team has taken on an exclusive search with a very high-profile investment firm in Beverly Hills that is looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Coordinator to support their UHNW CEO with complex private aviation (security teams, etc.). This is a high exposure role on a positive, social and supportive team. You will be managing private jet travel and partnering with the CEO’s EA and PA to ensure absolutely seamless support. This firm has a proven track record of consistently promoting people internally – get ready to grow and flourish with this team.

  • Organize all aspects of travel for executive, including but not limited to private flights, ground transportation, accommodations, activities, documentation, and billing
  • Organize travel for executive’s personal and business network
  • Stay up to date with daily executive movements and coordinate with necessary drivers or external organizers
  • Maintain and build vendor relations on executive’s behalf, such as jet brokers, yacht brokers, hotel managers, chauffeurs, flight coordinators, flight attendants, airport handlers, etc.
  • Plan and execute all aspects for conferences or retreats on behalf of the executive
  • Coordinate renewal or obtaining of visas, passports, and other necessary travel documents
  • Manage executive’s belongings during travel and complete necessary setup logistics



  • Available 24/7 by phone and email
  • Available for last-minute travel with executive
  • Ability to manage over 100 emails and communication platform updates a day
  • Work closely with a team of assistants, chefs, and chauffeurs on executive’s schedule as changes are frequent
  • Running errands for the team as needed
  • Act as a host and point of contact for guests on executive’s behalf at his residences, offices, or conference locations

  • Ability to take detailed instructions from executive as well as other team members
  • Confident and has a strong personality
  • Ability to keep executive’s personal life and professional life separate
