Executive Assistant

We have been exclusively retained to identify an energetic and tech savvy Executive Assistant to be the “central nervous system” for a cutting-edge technology firm in San Francisco. In this position, you’ll truly be plugged in to the world of startups, supporting the CEO, managing the Executive Team, and enjoying the casual office culture.   • Manage calendar, helping prioritize and anticipate needs. Help coordinate schedules between executive, the team, Board of Directors, investors, customers and partners
  • Coordinate complex travel needs, which includes frequent last-minute planning; domestic and international travel
  • Parallel project management – juggling complex, interdependent miscellaneous projects with a constant eye toward rebalancing tasks and/or priorities
  • Manage logistics for high profile events, including board meetings and management offsites, All Hands Meetings, leadership meetings
  • Organize visits for external guests and serve as the face of the company
  • Prepare timely expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support to other Management Team members as needed.
  • Handle special projects as required or requested


  • High growth startup experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on several high priority projects. Strong attention to detail. A consistent focus on the small items and minutiae-level details
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to think preemptively and identify and solve issues before the executive identifies them
  • Proven ability to be adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
