The Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive opportunity enables driven individuals to use their successful business experience, entrepreneurial spirit, drive and commitment to expand our established practice and services. As a Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive you will work hands-on with industry leaders and celebrity CEOs helping them grow their teams.  Focus on building relationships with clients to learn more about their growth objectives and culture, along with building out new relationships and generating new business with prospective clients. This function will learn and embody exceptional candidate & client generation, outstanding time management, the ability to prioritize and most importantly, grow an unbeatable practice revolving around effective relationship building.

 Basic Qualifications

  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Recruiting/search experienced is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Social media proficiency to connect & network
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
  • Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
  • Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection
