This is an opportunity to work alongside  successful managing directors and gain exposure to high-growth companies. This person would not only serve as a business partner to 2 managing directors but also take on additional projects and have a direct impact on the culture of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendaring, international and domestic travel coordination and expense reporting
  • Coordinate and prepare Board meeting materials including set up of catering, A/V, etc.
  • Plan events that include quarterly team building; dinners; networking events etc.
  • Act as liaison between the executive and his prospects/portfolio companies, CEOs
  • Streamline administrative processes company-wide
  • Creativity outside of the EA function
  • Responsible for content creation
  • Creative eye in slide decks, event invitations, material for annual meetings

  • Provide support to Managing Director 30%
  • Minimal admin support to other MDs (meeting logistics and travel coordination) – 15%
