TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT

Bachelor’s degree required

High emotional intelligence and polished communication style

Extremely resourceful problem-solver, especially around logistics and reservations

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage constant pivots

Operates with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

Flexible availability for early mornings or later evenings as needed

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment

Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining, concierge services, UHNW households, or private membership clubs

Deep knowledge of NYC hotels, restaurants, and experiences

Experience working with or alongside concierge or lifestyle management firms (a strong plus) Prior support to senior executives, principals, or UHNW individuals

2–3+ years in a high-discretion support or service-driven role

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PERSONAL SUPPORT (60%)

Full-scale travel coordination: domestic + international flights, hotels, itineraries

Managing luxury hotel, dining, and event reservations

Securing high-touch experiences, hard-to-book restaurants, VIP arrangements

Handling personal logistics, requests, and day-to-day needs

Managing key personal and professional contacts

Adapting quickly to last-minute changes and pivoting with ease

 

EXECUTIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (40%)

Calendar and schedule management across time zones

Coordinating meetings, calls, and external engagements

Handling sensitive information, inbox management, and confidential communications

Liaising with partners, concierge services, and vendors

Providing support during early-morning or late-evening meetings as needed
