POSITION
Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Administrative Support
• Partner closely with the Senior EA and Chief of Staff, offering real-time feedback, observations, and logistical insights to help maintain alignment around the CEO’s needs.
• Support the ongoing management of a complex, fast-shifting calendar with precision and proactive prioritization.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and day-of setup, ensuring the CEO is fully supported and time boundaries are upheld.
• Draft, refine, and send communications (emails, memos, scheduling notes) with clarity, discretion, and polish.
• Assist with occasional personal tasks or projects to streamline the CEO’s bandwidth and help balance high output.
• Maintain discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment in all matters.
Logistics, Travel, & Event Coordination
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Support logistics for offsites, launches, investor meetings, creative events, and leadership gatherings.
• Ensure all itineraries, materials, and day-of details are buttoned up and communicated across relevant teams.
Office & Onsite Support (5 Days/Week)
• Liaise with vendors, visitors, facilities, and internal teams to maintain a polished, well-functioning environment.
• Serve as an execution partner for special projects across all businesses, such as company events and internal initiatives.

• Strong project management skills and comfort owning multifaceted workflows.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Asana/Notion (or similar), Slack, and modern productivity tools.

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with shifting priorities, occasional evening needs, and rapid decision cycles.
