KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide seamless, anticipatory support to Partner, ensuring all scheduling, logistics, and communications are managed with precision.
  • Maintain a stable and well-organized calendar — Partner’s schedule rarely changes, but requires high accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Opportunity to support the broader team (approximately 25–30% of the role) across office operations, events, and special projects.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination, helping to ensure the team remains aligned and well-informed.
  • Handle confidential information with sound judgment and maturity.
