KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all family properties and office spaces (5 residences + 2 offices).
• Audit and manage performance of all property management vendors.
• Establish and enforce standards of maintenance, readiness, and presentation.
• Conduct pre-/post-travel walkthroughs for family and guests.
• Manage maintenance logs, budgets, and timelines via ProjectVan software.
• Travel periodically for property inspections and vendor audits.
• Supervise House Managers.
• Identify and replace underperforming vendors across all regions.• Ensure smooth communication and operational alignment with principals.
