An entrepreneurial family in San Francisco is looking for creative and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to assist them with an extensive remodel as well as day-to-day household needs. If you’ve managed a remodel and appreciate being around creative minds, this is the opportunity for you!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement household processes and procedures for the family, create the family’s shared calendar.
  • Assist with house duties such as scheduling laundry pickup/drop-off off, and ensuring owner’s residence is stocked with groceries, supplies, and other items on a routine basis.
  • Oversee maintenance work at the house, help to keep house organized and tidy.
  • Book all travel arrangements.
  • Research and plan family’s vacations.
  • Check all physical mail and forward to appropriate people.
  • Run various errands.
  • Book all personal appointments, such as haircuts, personal trainers, checkups, and dental.
  • Research and compile information related to various projects.
  • Assist family with eventual house move.
  • Collaborate closely with the house renovation project manager.
  • Act as the liaison between vendors, contractors, etc. and the family.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required; traveling on weekends may be required.

  • 4 + years of work experience as a PA.
  • Proactive approach to work, with strong use of initiative and common sense.
  • Highly discreet, with a strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
  • Polished, confident, and highly responsive communicator, both written and oral.
  • Flexible and accommodating approach to the job; willing to respond to mobile phone and email requests out of office hours, as required.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Positive work ethic with a no-fuss, can-do approach to ensure work gets done quickly and efficiently.
  • Friendly but professional approach, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
