  • Represent the company positively to external clients and partners; conduct extensive contact and relationship management
  • Manage dynamic and complex calendars; demonstrate exceptional judgement in prioritization of meetings, calls and access to senior leaders
  • Provide support via thorough research ahead of meetings to include meeting agendas, attendee bios, etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, Zoom and conference calls. Arrange meeting rooms, catering/refreshments and notifications to participants
  • Prepare correspondence and update contact database
  • Flawlessly manage all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, manage potential disruptions while anticipating fluid travel schedules
  • Research cost efficiencies as it relates to all travel matters for the organization
  • Prepare invoices for approval and payment. Organize and submit monthly expense reports for payment
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents, and information as it relates to all business/personal activities of supported leaders
  • Collaborate with the broader team, providing updates on progress and outcomes, and assisting in the overall success



  • A strong desire to work in support of an innovative social impact organization
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Comfortable working with Google enterprise for email, calendaring, and documents
  • Experience working with team efficiency tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with team members to create continuity across businesses and departments
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a strategic partner to executive and administrative team
  • Collaborative, sense of humor, and happiest when the team succeeds
