Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO, including heavy calendar management and prioritization, travel, expense reports, vendor management, and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity
  • Represent the CEO by email and phone with internal and external stakeholders including investors, BOD members, clients, prospects and C-level executives and other partners
  • Plan leadership team offsites, team building events and quarterly BOD meetings, including agenda, content, speakers, logistics and budget
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs grow, and be a key partner on special projects as needed – you will be a key stakeholder in both confidential and high visibility projects
  • Build cross-functional internal relationships representing the office of the CEO, including partnering closely with other executive leaders
  • Assist with office management tasks as needed and manage this resource in the future
  • Act as a “culture carrier” within the organization and continuously help cultivate and evolve their culture
  • In everything, represent the company and team with integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, kindness and efficiency

Top Keys for Client:

  • 2+ years of direct EA experience to a C-level Executive within a start-up environment
  • Fluency in all G-Suite tools and could teach others if needed
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented – you must love creating order out of chaos
